How much does a return cost?
For US orders, $6.99 is deducted from your refund. Returns from Alaska are $25 and Hawaii $30. International return fees vary by weight and destination.
Are exchanges free?
Yes, exchanges are free for US customers, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are eligible for returns only.
When will my exchange ship?
Your new item ships once we receive your return. If your size or style is no longer available, we'll reach out with alternatives.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We aim to issue your refund within 15 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse and being processed. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
I shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO, or U.S. territory
