When you exchange an item, you can pick how you'd like it handled:

• Instant Exchange: we ship your new item right away, before your return reaches us. You'll need to add a card as a backup.
• Standard Exchange: no card needed. We ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

Exchanging for a different product?

You can exchange for any item in our store. If your new item costs more than the one you're returning, you'll pay the difference when you submit your exchange. This applies to both Instant and Standard exchanges.

How Instant Exchange works:

1. Start your exchange in our returns portal and pick your new item.
2. Choose "Instant exchange" and add a card.
3. We ship your new item right away.
4. Send your original item back within 14 days.

About the card: it's only a backup in case your return never makes it back to us. As long as your return is in the mail within 14 days, it's never charged.
